How do I place an order?
Browse our collections, select your size and add to cart. Checkout securely using credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us at hello@rideplayrepeat.com.au as soon as possible. Once your order has been sent to production we are unable to make changes.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes — a confirmation email is sent automatically after every order. Check your junk folder if you don't see it.

Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia-wide and internationally to New Zealand, UK, USA, Canada and South Africa.
How much does shipping cost?

How long does delivery take?
Allow 3-5 business days for production plus delivery time. Australian orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes — we ship to PO Boxes within Australia.
PRODUCTS AND SIZING
What sizes do you offer?
We offer infant, youth and adult sizing across our tee and hoodie range. A size guide is available on each product page.
What are your garments made from?
All garments are premium AS Colour — tees are 180gsm and hoodies are 290gsm.
How are the designs printed?
All designs are printed using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing for vibrant, long-lasting colour.
How do I care for my garment?
Turn inside out before washing. Cold wash, gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
Will the print fade over time?
With proper care your print will maintain its quality. Always follow the care instructions on the label.
Are your products true to size?
Yes — AS Colour garments are true to size. If you are between sizes we recommend sizing up.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original unworn condition. Customer pays return shipping. No restocking fee.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — contact us at hello@rideplayrepeat.com.au and we will arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us immediately at hello@rideplayrepeat.com.au with a photo. We will replace or refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return.
